NUBI 6-Month Update

Hello everybody!

Work is still progressing on NUBI, and we have recently expanded our reach to more regions for improved reporting.  The database currently has 1.27 million reports and continues to grow daily.

The website overall is mostly complete and functional, so I might look at improving it visually in the near future.  Performance is still quite decent, so I may forego reorganizing the database for now, but only time will tell as it continues to grow.

Our goals for the future are to keep expanding the network of reporters.  More news coming soon as always.
